Non-IC designation requires that insulation be kept a minimum of 3 inches away from housing. Includes steel mesh plate with perforated perimeter to allow mud to bond to mounting surface leaving a seamless finish in the ceiling. Includes 15 watt, 120 volt LED module with 40 degree beam angle in 3000K or 3500K color temperature, 80+CRI, 1290 lumens. Class 2 dimmable constant current driver included. Driver box mates to fixture by 12 inch flexible BX cable. Thermally protected. Input voltage: 120 volt. Dimmable with a TRIAC dimmer, sold separately. Cutout: 3 inch round. Can be converted to a Non-IC new construction housing using the 30537-019 mounting plate.
