Gut stacks two flared ceramic cones point to point and finishes the base with a slim ring, giving the pendant the pinched waist of an hourglass or a spinning top. A fine, thrown texture runs around the matte surface and catches the light along every turn. Designed by Maurício D’Avila for Geo Contemporary, Gut is compact and playful, and at its best repeated in a row over a counter, bar or dining table.
