Philippe Starck reimagined the lantern for In Vitro, and In Vitro Unplugged distills it into a cordless companion you can carry anywhere. A slender aluminum frame with a carrying handle outlines what looks like an empty glass volume; Edge Lighting technology makes it glow from within, as if the light were suspended in the glass itself.
Rated IP65 for outdoor use, it moves easily from the dinner table to the terrace, poolside or garden. A touch sensor on the head steps through four levels – 100%, 50%, 3% and off – and a full USB-C charge gives up to six hours of light. Choose warm 2700K or 3000K light in seven powder-coated colours, from white and black to forest green, pale green, deep brown, terracotta and anthracite.
