Spokes 2 Pendant is the round, lantern-like silhouette of the Spokes family, designed by Garcia Cumini for Foscarini. Fine ribs of varnished steel and aluminum form an open cage that holds the light and lets it flow out at the same time: lit, it casts a play of light and shadow across the walls and ceiling while the light source inside lights the table or floor below. It comes in white, black, graphite, gold and copper.
There are four sizes: Extra Small (13 3/8 inches wide), Small (17 3/4 inches), Medium (20 1/2 inches) and Large (27 1/2 inches). They hang well alone over a table or grouped in different sizes and colours over an island or in a stairwell.
Choose the version that suits your dimming. LED is the standard version, switched on and off or dimmed with a 1-10V control. LED Dual Dimming works with both 1-10V and Phase Cut dimmers, so it fits most residential and commercial dimming systems. Ambient has two independent LED sources, an up light and a down light, which you dim separately over Wi-Fi with the app to mix soft ambient light on the ceiling with focused light on the surface below. The Extra Small comes in the LED and LED Dual Dimming versions; the other sizes come in all three.
