Michael Anastassiades designed String Light in 2014 around an image borrowed from overhead power lines and the festive lights strung across Mediterranean squares: the cable itself becomes the drawing. A long Kevlar-reinforced cable carries a single spherical head in soft-touch varnished die-cast aluminum with an opal diffuser that spreads a soft, even glow, and it can be routed across the ceiling and down the walls on hooks to trace quiet architectural lines through a room.
Choose a 12 m or 22 m cable, a touch dimmer on the head or the Casambi Ready app-control version, and a black, blue or white finish. Each element connects to a String Light ceiling/wall rose or to the String Light Floor Base, sold separately.
